My #1 tip top tip for eating healthy during COVID_19

This is the #1 behavior change I teach my clients (once their custom eating plan is in place). Why? Because it’s that dang important.

If there’s junk in your house or non optimal foods, it’s only a matter of time until you eat them (and there’s nothing wrong with you for that! You’re a human who is wired that way!) So, make it a hell of a lot easier on yourself and ditch the junk... don’t bring it into your safe space... your home. Especially while you’re trapped in it for another month! #stayhome

Then, you don’t have to worry about #willpower 💪🏾 Instead only keep your house stocked with optimal foods you love.

For example, at night when I want something sweet, there’s no chocolate or ice cream in my house.

But I do have frozen bananas ready to go for banana ice-cream and I eat big ass, guilt-free bowls whenever I want. (Comment if you want the recipe). 👏🏽
